The Buzzard air motor is a robust vane style air motor generating high starting torque for its compact size. The motor is foot mounted with a keyed output shaft for easy attachment to couplings or direct drive units. The all metal exterior makes it ideal for use in mining or explosive environments. The Buzzard generates 4.6 kW at 6oo kPa with a maximum starting torque of 28Nm. The motor is fully reversible and speed can be controlled variably to 3000rpm.

The Hawk Air Motor is based on the RM102 that was designed by Clark’s Mining Services almost 20 years ago that has has successful use as a grout mixing motor, drill head motor and hydraulic pump drive. It develops high power for its size and has good starting torque to match. It develops 14kW at 6bar. The Hawk Air Motor can be used to drive winches, hydraulic pumps, conveyors and fans. The motor is a good alternative to electric motors as it is suitable for use in hazardous zones. Optional IEC or SAE mounts are available with a variety of shafts to suit.

The high torque is provided by four proven robust and reliable rotors. The Quad motor is a compact air motor solution for a diverse range of mining and civil applications. With rated power of 16kW at 600kPa the Quad motor is ideal for use on crawler track drill rigs including the Scorpion.

The Sparrow Hawk air motor is based on the RM102 that was designed by Clark’s Mining Services almost 20 years ago. The RM102 has been used in both mining and construction as mixer motors, drill motors, air track tramming motors and power pack drives. The Sparrow Hawk air motor features the same robust RM102 gear rotors that are long lasting, have good wear characteristics and are also less susceptible to unfiltered air than other motors, such as vane and piston motors. The motor develops 3.65kW at 6 bar. Three different gearing outputs are available to suit your application.

The Wedge-tail air motor preys on motors of similar size out performing them them in power and torque. It is a robust 6 vane style air motor generating high starting torque and high power. The motor is flange mounted with output shafts available in various sizes. The all metal exterior makes it ideal for use in mining or explosive environments. The Wedge-tail generates 30 kW at 6oo kPa with a maximum starting torque of 125Nm. The motor is directional. Three different power configurations are available.
